    Employability and Research Talk: "Locating, Cataloguing, and Curating the National Trust’s Collections of Greek Vases"

    Abigail Allan works in the museums and heritage sector and is undertaking a Collaborative Doctoral Award (CDA) between the University of Oxford and the National Trust. Her CDA intends to catalogue the National Trust’s collections of ancient Greek vases across England and Wales before researching and curating the vases at three properties. Abi was formerly the Assistant Curator for Lady Margaret Hall’s predominantly 20th century British Art Collection; a Curatorial & Museum Consultant for Fairfield House, Bath; and a member of the British Art Network’s Emerging Curators Group for 2023. She has also previously worked for National Historic Ships UK, the Ashmolean Museum, and the British Museum.
