Activity: Public engagement and outreach › Schools engagement
Description
In this practically focussed session, Prof. Berry walks through possible use cases for Google’s suite of generative AI tools to support teaching, learning and inclusion. He explores some of the ways in which generative AI can be used to support lesson planning, creation of learning resources and for assessment. He looks too at ways in which AI can also be used ‘live’ in lessons, including to make lessons and resources more accessible for pupils who would otherwise struggle to access the curriculum. He considers some of the ways in which pupils might use generative AI in independent work, and considers some of the issues that this raises.
