    On 13 September 1944 Noor Inayat Khan, a WWII British secret agent, was murdered by the Nazis in Dachau Concentration Camp. For her bravery she was posthumously awarded the George Cross by Britain and the Croix de Guerre by France.

    The Noor Inayat Khan Memorial Trust & The Wiener Library organised an event to remember her life and courage in a rare UK conversation between her nephew Pir Zia Inayat Khan, a Sufi scholar, head of the Inayatiyya and founder of the Sulūk Academy, and her biographer, Shrabani Basu, author of Spy Princess, and chair of the Noor Inayat Khan Memorial Trust.
