Post-Utopia and Europe in the Performing Arts

Conference co-organised with Prof. Nicole Haitzinger from Salzburg University.

This conference about Europe will appeal to academic and non-academic audiences alike. Representatives of the contemporary dance and performance scenes have been invited to discuss aspects of European-level contemporary arts policy. The conference will take place concurrently with the PNEU (Performing New Europe) festival in Salzburg, showcasing artists of the EU-funded network apap (advancing performing arts project). In order to widen impact, we have secured Prof. Milena Dragićević Šešić, Head of the UNESCO Chair in Cultural Policy and Management and Professor at the University of Belgrade, as one of the two keynote speakers.
