Research in Imagery and Observation (RIO) group (External organisation)

Activity: MembershipMembership of network

Description

The RIO group was formed in 2006 and aims to provide a forum to meet and discuss 'Research in Imagery and Observation'. Membership to the group is free, and the meetings are centered around members giving presentations about their recent research findings and ideas, followed by group discussion. There is one meeting each year and this takes place at different locations across Europe. The research carried out by group members varies across applied sport science, cognitive-neuroscience, psychology and movement rehabilitation. As such the range of expertise that can be accessed via our group is useful for generating new skills, methods and ideas for research into imagery and observation.
