Liaised with Estate Art Ltd. Directors, Lynne Capocciama and Joe Ruston, to support SWL ICB-funded work to: organise health outreach/screening/informational events for Roehampton residents; run weekly free Wellbeing activities for the community (Health Cafe/warm space, yoga, walks, tai chi); train and deploy Community Health Champions; support health/wellbeing needs of individual residents through casework, signposting and marshalling support from local politicians. Included consults on/co-writing of continuation funding (current funding expires 30/11/23).Estimated audience numbers (if applicable)
