This is a paper presentation to 'Equity in Education & Society’ Conference June 2023. The paper aims to explore the role of a self-dialogic approach
via narratives/dairying/storying and photographing as an aid to counterpart and mitigating academic frustrations, inequities and neoliberal pressures in order to
maintain passion and determination working in the HE context to support
students with transformative learning experience and fulfill aspirations in the changing and challenging HE landscapes.
