Description
Working Memory Analyser (WMA) is a free, open source, cross-platform and easy-to-use cognitive testing research Psychology software. It has been developed to promote Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), where school teachers, clinical neuropsychologists, physicians, university students and academics are supporting each other as partners throughout the research process, from establishing the research question, to developing data collection tools, to statistical analysis and dissemination of findings. Thus, WMA represents a research tool to help stakeholders obtain the information they need in their empirical studies assessing a variety of cognitive functions (e.g., working memory, attention, executive functions, etc...) throughout the life span, dealing with four specific age groups – children; adolescents; adults; and older people. WMA measures both the reaction times and accuracy of responses on a series of scientifically validated cognitive tasks.Period | May 2022 → … |
