Description

I was a panel speaker for this Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) event.

The Employment Lawyers Association, around 400 in-house lawyers within the 6,000 members of the ELA which includes solicitors and barristers.

I provided structured and practical examples of how solicitors can work with HRM professionals more effectively in an organisational context – particularly in an Employee Relations setting.
