Prof Hoskins presented on Global and Active Citizenship at the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning interactive online workshop ‘Strengthening education systems from a lifelong learning perspective’. Participants were representatives of UNESCO Member States including Oman, Mongolia, Nigeria, Nepal and members of Open Universities in the People's Republic of China.
