Prof Hoskins spoke and advised on implementing phase 2 of the UNICEF development of the Life Skills and Citizenship Education measurement instruments for the Ministries of Education from Egypt, Tunisa & Palestine. The instruments are being developed for large scale assessment of students 12-14 across Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The meeting was hosted by UNICEF MENA regional office.
