Prof Hoskins spoke and advised on implementing phase 2 of the UNICEF development of the Life Skills and Citizenship Education measurement instruments for the Ministries of Education from Egypt, Tunisa & Palestine. The instruments are being developed for large scale assessment of students 12-14 across Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The meeting was hosted by UNICEF MENA regional office.

Professor Hoskins is the Principle Investigator for the UK and leading the Work Package on the analysis and comparisons of the effectiveness of educational reforms using longitudinal datasets.
