Catherine's nursing career began as a Staff Nurse in a busy London teaching hospital in 1997 where she enjoyed a long career specialising in critical care. Catherine gained specialist qualifications in intensive care nursing & was a Practice Educator & Team Leader on a General Intensive Care Unit. Catherine joined the team at the University of Roehampton in August 2020 as Senior Lecturer in Nurse Education & has enjoyed developing & delivering modules such as Applied Human Biology for Nursing Practice, Preventing & Managing Deterioration & Developing Self & Others for Nursing Practice.
