Cristina Motoca is an experienced early years leader with a demonstrated history of working in the early years education sector. Currently, a PhD (Professional) Education part-time research student at the University of Roehampton. Her research is focused on strategies and models of practice to use to reduce employee turnover. Her Education Leadership and Management master dissertation explored whether more leadership and management development will make early years leaders and managers able to cope with a context of rapid changes.
