Biography
Daoning Zhang is a Senior Lecturer in International Commercial Law at the Faculty of Business and Law of the University of Roehampton. Prior to joining the University of Roehampton, he worked at Canterbury Christ Church University as a senior lecturer and taught corporate law and commercial law. He published articles and books in various areas of commercial law. He obtained his PhD from the University of Manchester.
