Dr Nicola Treby is an Associate Professor in the School of Education at the University of Roehampton, working with undergraduate, postgraduate, Masters and doctoral students. During her employment within HEIs Nicola has been the course leader for the MA in Educational Practice, led the university component of SCITT partnerships, acted as coinvestigator for Gatsby funded research and has undertaken UK and international consultancy work. Her expertise spans both the primary and secondary phases of science education, professional practice and professional learning. Currently Nicola is the programme leader for the PhD (Prof.). Prior to working in HEIs Nicola was an Advanced Skills Teacher (AST) in Surrey. Collectively Nicola has over 25 years experience in education. Prior to this Nicola worked within Public Health Laboratories.
