Imo Enang

Dr. Imo is currently Senior Lecturer, Professional Practice and Knowledge Exchange in Project Management at Roehampton Business School, London. In this role,  he also is Program Leader for the MBA Early Careers Cohort as well as Program Leader for the MSc Project Management within the Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Innovation Sub Group.  

Imo is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of work experience across various sectors such as FMCG, Banking, Academia, and Management Consulting. Imo has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, serving in diverse capacities comprising Commercial Operations, Strategic Marketing as well as Strategic Operations and Organizational Design which is at the core of his professional doctorate in Warwick Business School. 

Imo has received numerous Global awards: One of which is the Global recognition by Most Influential People of African Descent [MIPAD] in the Global Top 100 under 40 edition. The recognition will take place during the opening of the 78th UN General Assembly in New York City, Friday, September 29th 2023

Holding numerous professional certifications in Project Management, Operations/Change Management and Strategic Marketing & Leadership, Imo has also contributed actively to Corporate Strategy research haven been been invited to share his work ‘The Influence of Dynamic Capability and Organizational Culture on Organizational Ambidexterity: A Multi- Group Analysis’ in the British Academy of Management Conference scheduled for summer ’23 in Sussex. Imo also contributes actively to teaching via his innovative pedagogic style of teaching which thrives on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion as a foundation. He does this as a practicing Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Imo also for one of the largest Banking groups in the Middle East working as a Senior Project consultant for their operating model transformation. The project involves strategy design and execution comprising core corporate strategy and change management activities.
