Biography
Kevin is an industrial and organisational psychologist with a PhD from the University of Hong Kong. He is a registered IO psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society and a registered psychologist (HCPC).
His research interests include personality, organisational climate, leadership and ageing psychology. His recent work explores the effect of the environment and urban fabric on personality development and well-being.
He has extensive experience working in universities across the UK and abroad, including King’s College London, Birkbeck College and the University of Hong Kong.
