Biography

Kirsty is an experienced educator and leader, having worked in a range of contexts in the U.K. from the early years through to the primary years. She currently works as a primary school teacher and as the Head of Education for a charity. Her Master's degree researched leadership and management in Early Childhood. 

Kirsty is a part-time PhD Professional student. Her research is concerned with gender stereotypes and the perceptions of leaders in education.
