Michelle Jayman is a developmental psychologist with a strong background in education and extensive work experience in schools. She is a founder member and convenor of the BERA mental health, wellbeing and education special interest group and a champion for the BPS education section. Her main research interests include children’s and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, and programmes and interventions to support and improve learner outcomes. Current projects include an evaluation of Book of Beasties – the Mental Wellness Card Game for primary school children, and research on blended learning models in higher education and the relationship between technology and wellbeing.
