Personal profile


Before becoming a Senior Lecturer in Management at University of Roehampton Business School, I was a member of the academic staff at London Brunel International College (LBIC) at Brunel University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Brunel University Business School.

Previously, I had over 20 years’ experience of teaching in Further Education and IT training. During that time, I also did some software applications and web site development. Additionally, I was founding director of a professional membership body linked to South Bank University.


Currently I am Programme Convener for the MSc Global Human Resource Management Programme, Module Convener for an undergraduate module, Cross-Cultural Management, and Module Convener for postgraduate modules, Leadership & Change Management and Managing Across Borders. Additionally, I supervise Post-Graduate Dissertations.

Since coming to University of Roehampton in 2017, I have been a Link Tutor for one of the Business School's Strategic Partnerships. I have also taught on Business Psychology, Introduction to Management and Analysing Information and Data undergraduate modules and Research Methods postgraduate module.

Before that, I was at Brunel University where I taught Organisational Behaviour, Introduction to Management, Marketing, Writing and Study Skills, and Managing Data at undergraduate level and Research Methods and Critical Thinking at pre-master s level.
