Personal profile

Biography

I have worked in a variety of secondary schools in London over the past twenty years, teaching English and Drama. My major area of interest however, is working with pupils with SEN or those who are subject to exclusion from mainstream schooling. I have worked on school leadership teams including an extensive period of time as deputy head of a secondary pupil referral unit. I have also worked as head of a Traveller Education Support Service. More recently I have spent time working as a senior officer for a London local authority working with SENCOs and Inclusion Managers to improve outcomes for pupils with SEN and disabilities.
