Biography

Dr. Sok-Ho Trinh
PhD, MBA, MA, MSc Psy-MMus (c), BSc, PGCE, PCC, CPCC, CMMT, FHEA.

Dr. Sok-Ho Trinh is a business and positive psychologist, an executive and life coach, an academic, and an entrepreneur with previous global experiences as a senior executive and people leader in MNCs and SMEs.

As a business and positive psychologist and a coach, Sok-Ho designs, delivers, and measures research-based high-performance leadership development programmes for organisational teams. He provides coaching and mentoring to leaders, entrepreneurs, and professional coaches around the world.

As a senior executive and people leader, he served global organizations in retail and consumer analytics and data science for over a decade and acted as an advisory board member and a mentor to social enterprises.

As an academic, Sok-Ho has been a faculty member in business and occupational psychology, in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and in leadership and business management. He lectured in Mexico, in France and in Spain. His research interests include positive organisational scholarship, positive leadership, wellbeing in the workplace, wellbeing and performing arts. He contributed to chapters in the book Positive Psychology in practice and has authored and co-authored articles. He is an editorial board member of the Journal of Positive Psychology Coaching.

Sok-ho is equally a songwriter and a professionally trained musician and an actor who has worked in musical theatre, screen acting, and voice acting.

Sok-ho holds a PhD in positive psychology, and org. and leadership development, an MBA, an MA, an MSc Psy - MMus Performance (c), a PGCE, a PCC and CPCC, a diploma in Acting.
He trained in team, group, and relationship coaching, in evidence-based coaching, meditation and mindfulness, in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation, in psychometrics for individuals, leadership, groups, and teams.

Sok-Ho was born in France and raised by Chinese parents who were born in Cambodia, he speaks 8 languages, has lived in 3 continents, and is now based in London, UK with his family.
