Tim Kent

Tim was a teacher in mainstream secondary and in all-age special schools for 12 years. He then worked in a range of educational research and development roles in Higher Education and the Children's sector before becoming a lecturer in education.

My particular interests involve:
i) Inclusive education
ii) Person-centred schooling and pedagogy
iii)Critical teacher research, including action research
iv) Educational policy and the politics of specuial and inclusive education
