Curator committee of D'look, which was also the festival's jury D'Look, was formed by Livia Batista Sá, event director, and the Trustees invited Márcio Noronha Pizarro (committee chairman) and Michael Valim, filmmaker. In all signed up for the competitive exhibition D'Look 103 films: 26 Goiás, 32 Brazilians from outside the state of Goiás and 45 foreigners. In this set of works enrolled, 10% were documentaries of dance category and 90% of video dance category. Among the 43 selected productions, six titles are of Goiás, 10 other states in Brazil and 30 other countries.

D'look - Itinerant Festival of Dance and Video is an opportunity to channel for creative ideas, in ways that do join the dance combined with the camera's gaze, encouraging new filmmakers in the State of Goiás, and coveting an exchange with various artists parts of Brazil and the world. In its first edition the festival excites think about what you can see, different views on angles, gestures, subtleties, diverse cultures, ethnic groups, which moves the dancing? Our depth look spear and notes the desire to see dance in different spaces. Dance understood in the most sublime of human movement, uniqueness of every being that moves in mu-dance in time. Video because it generates the infinite look in time, a memory, a past, one representação.O project proposes encouraging, raise awareness, contemplate and broaden the debate, critical reflection and dialogue of the relationship between dance and video between students, artists, researchers, thinkers, curious, those who are interested, through competitive and special exhibitions. We are in full debut climate since our initiative is a pioneer in Goiás, which receives the first time a festival dedicated solely to the junction of the arts of dance and audiovisual. In addition to workshops, debates, meetings, traveling shows and tributes, the festival is directed by democratizing audiovisual, with a totally free programming, and will take place in Goiânia, Brazil's cerrado, between 26 to 30 April 2017. In partnership with the focus on dance festivals (RJ), Shake Serve y (MX) and InShadow (POR), D'olhar will bring national and international video display specially selected on the screendance / video dance universe. It highlights the Competitive Exhibition, comprised of videos that compete for cash prizes and selected by curator. Among our objectives is encouraging new filmmakers and researchers. We also have a goal set new partnerships, either with other festivals, universities and cultural centers. The Cultural Center UFG (CCUFG), university plaza will house our programming. However, beyond the traditional space, the screen behind closed doors, the D 'Look could not leave aside the Goiânia call to freedom of parks. So we created the Itinerant Exhibition, an extension of the program, promoting the circulation of videos selected in the competitive shows outdoors in the main parks of the city, giving priority to public education. The project D'look - Itinerant Festival of Dance and Video has incentive Art Fund and Goiás of Culture and is held by Move Cultural Projects.
