Ethnic Pay Gaps in the UK Public Sector

This project is funded by the Office for Manpower Economics to establish the extent of pay gaps by ethnicity in the UK public sector, with a particular focus on the occupations covered by the Pay Review Bodies. It will use recent Annual Population Survey data to identify differences in the earnings received by a range of ethnic minority groups in comparison to Whites, for both men and women.
