OOONA EDU is a cloud-based platform specifically designed for subtitling and captioning training.
The cloud-based, decentralised nature of the system allows students and tutors to access the tool everywhere – all you need is an internet connection – making it a versatile platform ideal for both physical and virtual educational environments.
OOONA EDU makes use of state-of-the-art web and database technologies to provide an intuitive and easy-to-use system able to perform multiple tasks: generating time codes, translating, reviewing, converting formats and burning and encoding subtitles on a video clip.
Widely used in the industry, our platform offers students the opportunity to get hands-on experience in a truly professional ecosystem, helping them gain an invaluable insight into how the audiovisual translation (AVT) sector operates.
