Description
This research study aims to investigate the relationship between dietary intake, dietary behaviors, dietary knowledge, dietary practices, and mental health and well-being in healthy adults from the general population.
Research has demonstrated a link between diet and mental health outcomes, with dietary intake potentially serving as a preventative measure or treatment strategy for mental health disorders. However it is important to understanding how this association is influenced by nutrition knowledge, practices and eating behaviours, and whether this has an impact on mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
