Description
The Infernal Woes is a portal fantasy series about identity, fate,
unlikely heroes, found family, queer romance and fae magic. It centers
around autistic, university student Theophania “Theo” Baker, and the
dark prophecy that sees her destined to end all of life across reality, by
ushering in an unending Silence.

Layman's description
What began as part of my dissertaion for my Creative Writing MA in 2020 - a creative work that sought to write better autistic characters - slowly developed into an Adult fantasy series. The first book, The Shadowed Hand was that original disseration. I fleshed it out in to a full novel for the next two years and pitched it to a literary agent at the London Book fair, who offered me a contract. We then spent the next year and a half going through more edits and are now in the process of obtaining a book deal for the first three books of the series.
