Abstract

Discusses the harm that may be caused by misuse of drones, and whether additional regulation of their operation is needed. Reviews the nature of drones, their functions, and their potential misuse by public and private bodies. Examines the existing legal framework governing their use in the UK and EU, and whether their private misuse may breach the victim's right to private and family life under ECHR art.8
