Abstract
As part of the AHRC-funded Reharbouring Heritage project, I screened extracts from 'Smith's Silent Disco' to an audience of approximately 2000 people at The Festival of the Sea in St. Luce, Madagascar. The film was shot in St. Luce and Fort Dauphin and involved the particpation of the town's inhabitants as well as the NGO SEED Madagascar. 'Smith's Silent Disco' was funded by the AHRC, SEED Madagascar, and University of Roehampton. The film is currently hosted on the Smith and Willing website.
