Abstract
The guidebook equips dance artists working in community settings with tools to communicate their soft skills living in their practice. It gives them tools to develop soft skills with participants, collaborators and potentially with employers and organisations too. The guidebook supports the dance artist in their choreographic, teaching and facilitation processes through reflective tasks, prompts, audio guides, visual aids and impulses.
