Abstract

The Wild-er-ness series was jointly devised by Heike Salzer (Director, Dancer & Choreographer, Production) and Ana Baer (Director, Camera & Edit, Production), in collaboration with Robert Burton (Costume Design) and Michelle Nance (Dancer). Wild-er-ness was developed in a range of formats: live performance with projected images, performed at international venues; multi-screen looping installation as part of the touring exhibition Latent Spaces; and screendance shown at national and international screendance festivals (see contextual information for details). The journal article component reflects on the artistic process involved.
